Areal highlight at the Warsaw Beer Festival – cubes of wood from six Brazilian trees were added to the Baltic porter brewed by the Palatum brewery: Amburana, Jaquitiba, Ciumaru, Ipe, Balsamo and Putumuju. All of them will be available at the Palatum brewery stand on Friday, October 18. Additionally, a lecture on this topic will be held on the main stage at 4:15 p.m., led by Łukasz Kojro and Nadhine Franca from Brazil, thanks to whom this wood was brought to Poland.
