The Jastrzębie Brewery was founded by a group of home brewers and built on a record-breaking equity crowdfunding campaign. Their story began in 2013 with a gold medal for their homebrew, Jastrzębskie Trzy Zboża. From that moment on, they knew this was only the beginning of their beer journey.

Today, they brew over a dozen beer styles (including classics and new wave styles) in their modern brewery in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. A special place is occupied by the Baltic Porter – refined in every detail and awarded the Gold Medal in the Baltic Porter category at the European Beer Star 2025, one of the most prestigious beer competitions in the world. Each batch is overseen by an experienced team, and behind the brewery stands a community of thousands of shareholders, for whom Jastrzębie beer is a shared, long-maturing project – like the best winning porter.
